With the Ohio State Buckeyes all set to take on the Utah Utes in the Rose Bowl, the one and only Tom Cruise has motivated them in the best way possible.
Come Saturday, college football fans will be ready to watch what should be a fantastic showdown between Ohio State and Utah in the Rose Bowl. For those of you wondering, it has been made pretty clear who actor Tom Cruise is hoping will come out on top: Ohio State.
Cruise of course saw the Top Gun tribute the Ohio State band played at halftime vs. Purdue earlier in the season. To show his appreciation for that, “Maverick” decided to send the band shirts and a special message on Twitter.
He’s all-in on the Buckeyes leading up to the weekend.
Tom Cruise surprised the Ohio State band with an awesome message
If you’re an Ohio State fan, how can you see that tweet from Cruise and not be fired up? Top Gun is an all-time classic and Cruise really made things great for the band here with the cool shirts. They of course had to re-watch the movie as well.
On top of that, Cruise is ready to see Ohio State put on a show in the Rose Bowl. It’s hard to blame him for rooting on OSU, especially after the band rocked their Top Gun performance.
Come Saturday, all eyes will be on the Buckeyes to see if they can record a memorable performance in Pasadena going up against Utah. This really should be a great game for everyone to enjoy, Cruise included.
