60ml Manchester Tart Didsbury Gin
15ml Raspberry Syrup
15ml Lemon Juice
1 Egg White
Add gin, lemon juice, egg white, and raspberry syrup to a shaker with ice (we recommend this slick brushed gold shaker set from VonHaus).
Shake well until chilled.
Strain into a cocktail glass.
Garnish with three speared raspberries.
