“Bed” is capturing core-dance airplay on KMVQ-HD2 San Francisco, WZFL (Revolution 93.5) Miami and Music Choice’s Dance/EDM channel, among others. (The Dance/Mix Show Airplay chart measures radio airplay on a select group of full-time dance stations, along with plays during mix shows on nearly 80 top 40-formatted reporters.)
Atop Dance/Mix Show Airplay, Aviella achieves her first Billboard No. 1 with “Tell Me What You’re Thinking.” The track, which sports remixes from Lipless, Disco Fries and JYYE, among others, is earning core-dance exposure at airplay leaders KMVQ, MusicChoice and KNHC (C89.5) Seattle.
“This is amazing,” Aviella told Billboard after hearing the good news. “I’ve had tears in my eyes all morning. It’s just crazy because this is the dream I’ve had since I was a little girl.”
Additionally on Dance/Mix Show Airplay, RAYE rolls into the top 10 with another track, “Regardless,” with Rudimental (13-5). The singer now has five total top 10s, while Rudimental boasts two.
Plus, Hawaiian producer Mahalo adds his second Dance/Mix Show Airplay top 10 with “Not Watching Anymore” (20-9). It’s the follow-up to his 2019 No. 1 with DLMT, “So Cold,” featuring Lily Denning.
Last but not least, longtime producer ATB (aka Andre Tanneberger), teaming with Topic and A7S, takes “Your Love” 18-10 on Dance/Mix Show Airplay. It’s ATB’s first top 10 and second chart appearance, after “Could You Believe” (No. 11, 2011), and the third top 10 each for Topic and A7S. “Love” updates ATB’s breakthrough “9PM (Till I Come),” which reached No. 7 on Dance Club Songs in 1999.
