Italian Superyacht VIANNE becomes the largest yacht ever sold via NFT

The Italian-built Benetti 52m (170 ft) superyacht VIANNE is a luxurious superyacht decked out with its own helipad and sky deck jacuzzi along with a stunning exterior design penned by Stefano Natucci. However, this superyacht, not only has looks and speed as a healthy transatlantic range enables effortless cruising over long distances with ease. The yacht also recently underwent a full technical and cosmetic refit in 2021 at the Italian shipyard Arpeca and completed its latest class and flag surveys in 2021.

That said, this huge Italian superyacht also gets the distinction of being the largest ever sold via NFT. The owner of the yacht has confirmed that for the sale of superyacht VIANNE, following payment of 10 percent fiat (EUR/USD) deposit, the balance payment for the sale, in addition to fiat, can be paid in any major cryptocurrency including BTC, ETH, DOGE, SOL, FTM, BNB and any top tier NFT including: Cryptopunks, BAYC Apes. Whilst cryptocurrency payments are increasing in the yachting industry, this would make VIANNE the largest ever yacht to be purchased with NFTs. This also opens new doors for the yachting world with more buyers coming in. Hence, all major cryptocurrencies and NFTs (Non-Fungible Tokens) as Payment Methods for sale and charter are now used for this yacht.

Coming back to the superyacht, VIANNE can accommodate 12 guests in 5 staterooms and has a crew of 12 members, led by Italian Captain Alberto Zambelli. The superyacht also recently received new Ralph Lauren branded furniture inside and out, with a refresh of the water toys available on board, including a new waterslide and floating water deck with a pool. This superyacht has a price of EUR 8,900,000 while also being available for charter for USD 196,000 per week in the Caribbean.
