Harris English is the College GameDay guest picker with the ESPN show setting up shop in Athens, Georgia for the big game between Georgia and Arkansas.
It’s a big weekend in college football so there’s no better way to set the stage for the day ahead than watching College GameDay.
The show is in Athens, Georgia for the SEC showdown between No. 2 Georgia and No. 8 Arkansas with Chris Fowler and Kirk Herbstreit on the call for the game immediately after the show at 12 p.m. ET.
Sanford Stadium will be rocking with the Dawgs looking to make a case to be the No. 1 team in the country as they look to beat another top-10 team while the Hogs look for another statement win after beating Texas and Texas A&M earlier this season.
Who is the College GameDay guest picker this week?
Fresh off winning the Ryder Cup, Georgia alum Harris English is the College GameDay guest picker from Athens.
English, 32, was born in Valdosta and resides in Sea Island, Georgia and graduated from the University of Georgia in 2011.
English has four career wins on the PGA Tour and came in third in this year’s U.S. Open, his highest finish in a major. He is currently the No. 10 ranked player on tour.
You can expect English to ride with Kirby Smart’s Bulldogs when he’s called on to make his pick for the big game. But he’ll also make picks for Ole Miss-Alabama, Wisconsin-Michigan, LSU-Auburn and the other biggest games of the week in the final 10 minutes of the show.
