How much celebrities get paid if they leave I’m a Celeb early

Jamie Lynn Spears is “doing fine” following her exit from I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! presenter Declan Donnelly said during Wednesday’s show.

The 32-year-old American singer and actress, who is the younger sister of pop icon Britney Spears, lasted 10 days in the Australian jungle.

She became the second celebrity to leave on medical grounds this week, after restaurant critic Grace Dent headed home on Monday.

Contestants must stay in the jungle for at least 72 hours to qualify for their full fee, MailOnline reports.

Jamie Lynn Spears lasted 11 days, while Grace Dent managed nine, meaning both passed the threshold.

Dent was reportedly booked for about £100,000, while Jamie Lynn’s fee was in the region of £100,000-£125,000.

Jamie Lynn Spears left show on medical grounds, a spokesperson for the show announced yesterday.

A statement read: “Jamie Lynn Spears has left I’m a Celebrity … Get Me Out of Here! on medical grounds.

“She’s been a fantastic campmate, who has triumphed at trials and bonded well with her fellow celebrities.”

At the start of last night’s episode, Anthony McPartlin told viewers: “We’ve got some breaking news for you: Jamie Lynn Spears has left the camp on medical grounds.”

His co-host, Declan Donnelly, added: “The good news is, Jamie Lynn is doing fine and she goes away with our best wishes.”

Later on in the show, This Morning host Josie Gibson announced to the jungle campmates that the 32-year-old had left.

Spears became the second celebrity to leave the jungle on medical grounds this year after restaurant critic Grace Dent bowed out earlier this week.

The American star had cried during Tuesday’s show and then told fellow campmates: “I feel a little better, maybe. I just need to cry and let it out.”

Also on the show, the Zoey 101 star had spoken about her relationship with her sister and revealed the pair had a “very complicated upbringing”, which led to them having issues with each other.

I’m A Celeb’s biggest divas ever – trial dropouts, quitters and huge pay cheques

It’s been somewhat of a cursed series for I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! this year, with boycotts, early exits and much more tainting the show.

ITV viewers haven’t even had the chance to vote a celebrity out of the star-studded camp yet two famous faces have already fled the jungle. Not only that, I’m A Celebrity fans have missed out on being able to pick certain certain campers from facing Bushtucker Trials thanks to several stars being ruled out of challenges due to medical reasons.

The reason for so many stars struggling on the reality TV show has been revealed, with I’m A Celebrity bosses blaming the dismal weather in Australia at the moment for so many celebrities telling them: “Get me out of here!”

But the drama started before the likes of Josie Gibson and Fred Sirieix even touched down in Australia earlier this month, with thousands of I’m A Celebrity fans and critics vowing not to watch this years series and launching boycotts. From Chris Packham slamming hosts Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly over the show’s use of animals in trials, to campaign groups seething of Nigel Farage being paid a rumoured £1.5million to sleep under the stars.

Jamie Lynn Spears looked defeated before becoming the second celebrity to leave camp

It was revealed Jamie Lynn Spears had become the second celebrity to quit the show prior to Wednesday night’s show, just days after MasterChef star Grace Dent walked out citing medical grounds. Viewers had predicted Grace was a sure-fire quitter after noticing her become increasingly defeated. ITV bosses were said to have spotted the same signs and spoke to her about whether it was time to go before the decision was finally made.

If that wasn’t enough drama, the I’m A Celebrity camp almost lost a third star this week, when Nella Rose briefly left camp to see medics – just before she was about to take part in a Bushtucker Trial.

in the same chaotic episode, viewers saw Jamie Lynn say her goodbyes after spending days weeping over missing her children. A spokesperson for I’m A Celebrity said of Britney Spears’ sister’s departure: “Jamie Lynn Spears has left I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here! on medical grounds. She’s been a fantastic campmate who has triumphed at trials and bonded well with her fellow celebrities.” Her fellow campmates are now aware that she will not be returning to the camp.

Sources close to the show revealed that Jamie Lynn’s exit was linked to her missing her family. One said: “She has been struggling physically and mentally for some time. If you look back even last week this is not a complete surprise by any means.” Having walked away from the show on Wednesday, the singer and actress becomes the second celebrity to quit this season.

Grace landed back in the U.K earlier this week after looking exceptionally glum in camp just hours before she quit the show. ITV confirmed Grace’s departure from camp on Monday morning but didn’t disclose the exact reason for the star’s early exit. A spokesperson for the broadcaster said in a statement: “Unfortunately Grace Dent has left the show on medical grounds. She has been a great campmate and will be missed by her fellow celebrities and viewers alike.”

It’s since been claimed Grace’s jungle departure was “mutually decided between Grace and show bosses” after ITV bosses grew concerned over her “visible deterioration in camp” and stepped in. Chatting to the MailOnline on Monday, an I’m A Celebrity insider claimed Grace made the decision to quit camp after being told she would be the next star to take on a Bushtucker Trial – claiming the thought of facing the challenge alongside Josie Gibson “the straw that broke the camel’s back.”

The official line from ITV bosses regarding Grace and Jamie Lynn’s exit is that both women left camp due to medical reasons, but insiders have revealed it was the bad weather that led to them feeling the need to fly home early.

Speaking to the MailOnline, the source says: “The weather in the jungle this year has been terrible.

“The campmates have had barely one full day of sunshine and have had to contend with endless rain which has only made the already gruelling living conditions worse. The weather has really affected the mood in camp. Everyone is miserable and wanting to leave.”

The exodus comes after rumours ITV paid some of its highest fees ever for the celebs to star in this years series. Nigel Farage was rumoured to have set a new record by negotiating a £1.5million pay cheque.

However, even before walking into camp Nigel warned viewers might not see that much of him as he’d be except from a number of trials on account of past health issues.

Revealing which trials he won’t be taking part in, Nigel said despite his whopping fee he expected his time in the jungle to be a ‘car crash’ given how much he would have to sit out.

“Anything involving weightlifting, I’d be out because I’ve obviously had some quite serious physical injuries and neck reconstructions and goodness knows what else,” he told The Sun.

After Nigel’s protests, his co-star Nella was ruled out of a trial this week and forced to leave camp. The TikTok star had to be treated by medics while the show was live on air on Tuesday night.

Insiders said it was due to a ‘medical emergency’. A source has told The Sun: ‘It was unfortunate timing that Nella had to be taken out of camp just before the live scenes.’

“She had to be seen by the team with a physical, medical emergency but it was dealt with swiftly. Nella has had a rough time so far but she is a tough cookie and will be back smiling and laughing with the other campmates in no time – this wasn’t anything to do with her mental health.”

Staten Island podcaster makes celebrities confess their ‘You know I’m right’ moment

STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — After years of working in media, Prince’s Bay resident Nicholas Durst, 31, developed a catchy theme and hook for his podcast that features a range of celebrities, including many well-known sports figures.

It all started when his wife, Rosalie, gave him a shirt for Christmas that said, “You Know I’m Right.”

“It’s something we used to say to each other. So when I started the podcast, I said to myself, ‘Maybe this will work,’ [as a name]” said Durst. “I have to give my wife full credit because she said, ‘You have to ask them what their ‘you know I’m right’ moment was.’ So it’s like their ‘I told you so moment.’ … This question delves into a time when our guests decided to pursue something despite receiving discouragement, ultimately proving that they were right.”

Pictured from left are: Joseph Calabrese, entrepreneur David Meltzer, Nicholas Durst and former NFL star Shawne Merriman.Courtesy of Nicholas Durst

“You Know I’m Right” was launched from Durst’s home in 2020 just as the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic shuttered the world. And ever since, he and his co-host, Joseph Calabrese, 31, of Great Kills have interviewed a host of celebrity guests, from broadcasters, entrepreneurs and journalists, to reality television stars and olympic gold medalists on the podcast.

Some prominent guests have been NFL star Shawne Merriman, Tim Kurkjian of ESPN, Marc Malusis from WFAN, comedian Mike Marino, reality star Joe Gorga, and singers William Hung and Constantine Maroulis.

Pictured are: Nicholas Durst, American Idol’s William Hung and Joseph Calabrese (Photo by Antonio Abrego)(Courtesy of Nicholas Durst)

‘A LIFELONG AFFAIR’ WITH ENTERTAINMENT AND SPORTS

“My passion for both entertainment and sports media has been a lifelong affair. In high school, I excelled in my freshman year speech class and was part of the morning television program at St. Joseph by the Sea High School, which fueled my interest in broadcasting,” he said, noting he obtained a bachelor’s degree in mass communications from St. John’s University, Grymes Hill.

After working stints at the Brooklyn Cyclones, Bleacher Report, MLB Network, DAZN, Daymond John’s The Shark Group, Durst’s current day job is sports broadcaster for the PDF Sports Network and the College of Staten Island, CUNY.

THE LAUNCH

To launch the podcast, Durst used his connections from the various jobs he’s held to book “big name” guests. But for his very first show he brought on Calabrese, a former schoolmate, who he had reconnected with while working at MLB Network.

“We had met attending I.S. 75. Shortly after Joseph’s first appearance on the podcast, he became my permanent co-host. My initial guests on the show were people I had worked with at MLB Network. Once I built up my guest list, I was then able to figure out prominent media members’ email addresses and pitch them to come on based on my past guest star level,” he said.

Pictured from left are: Comedian Mike Marino, Joseph Calabrese, Reality Star Joe Gorga, and Nicholas Durst(Courtesy of Nicholas Durst)

Soon, Durst and Calabrese were flooded with celebrities who wanted to be guests on the podcast.

“It was like an avalanche, and we were recording up to seven episodes per week in December of 2020. While the podcast started before the pandemic, the pandemic played a role [because] prominent guests were more accessible while working from home. .. Recently, publicists and management agencies have approached me with guest pitches,” said Durst.

PODCAST SUCCESS

Durst says the success of the “You Know I’m Right” podcast can be attributed to both his and his guests’ social media efforts.

“Targeting guests with active social media profiles ensures that our interviews reach a wider audience when they share them. Building and expanding a network of notable guests also contributes to our podcast’s success,” he said. “I have been able to meet so many great people through hosting this podcast, and I am always amazed when someone I never met before let’s me know that they listen to and enjoy the show.”

He can also chalk his early success with the podcast up to his hard work and determination.

“I’m a go-getter, enabling me to pitch potential guests effectively. My preparedness and thorough research make guests appreciate our interviews. I maintain a concise and organized interview structure, asking direct and relevant questions. My active listening, observational skills and friendly demeanor put guests at ease during interviews.”

Stars pay tribute to Shane MacGowan as Pogues star passes away aged 65

 Who is Shane MacGowan’s wife?

Tributes have been pouring in for Shane MacGowan after he passed away aged 65 on Thursday.

The death of the legendary rocker, who was behind the iconic Christmas song Fairytale of New York, was announced by his wife Victoria Mary Clarke in a post on Instagram.

It comes just three days after she shared a touching photo of the singer beaming in his hospital bed alongside the news he has left St Vincent’s Hospital.

The singer was diagnosed with viral encephalitis – a life-threatening condition which leads to brain swelling – and has been in and out of hospital for months.

Radio DJ Annie Mac shared a post after his death as she wrote: ‘RIP Shane McGowan. One of the finest lyricists of a generation. A man who loved Ireland with all his heart and took the music and culture and mixed it with his London upbringing to bring us The Pogues.

‘What a band. What a discography. I am thankful to my big brothers for playing The Pogues albums relentlessly round the house when I was growing up. His voice will be forever nostalgic for me, taking me straight home to Dublin.’

Nick Cave, who performed at the National Concert Hall when Shane was given a lifetime achievement award, also paid tribute to Shane – who he has also sang with.

The Australian musician said: ‘A true friend and the greatest songwriter of his generation. A very sad day.’

Elsewhere paying tribute Piers Morgan wrote: ‘RIP Shane MacGowan, 65. Irish punk legend, genius Pogues singer/songwriter, and hell-raiser extraordinaire.

‘His favourite joke was: ‘I was given six weeks to live, about 25 years ago!’ Let’s make Fairytale of New York the Christmas No1 as a tribute. (He was born on Xmas Day).’

The Saturdays star Una Healy also shared a snap as she posed with Shane and penned ‘RIP Shane MacGowan’.

Meanwhile Derry Girls actor Siobhan McSweeney has said that Shane ‘was the voice of London for us Irish’.

In a post on X, formerly Twitter, she wrote: ‘When I was scared about moving here he lured me over with songs about chancers, drinkers, lovers, poets and scoundrels.

‘That’s the place for me, I thought! He also taught me how to miss home, whatever that may be. Damn shame, Shane.’

In addition, Leigh Francis (stage name Keith Lemon) penned on Instagram: ‘RIP Shane MacGowan. Sad times. Fairytale of New York Christmas one of the best Christmas times ever! #christmasnumber1.’

English musician and singer Peter ‘Spider’ Stacy has paid tribute to his fellow bandmate Shane, sharing an image of him performing on a stage.

Taking to X, formerly Twitter, Stacy wrote: ‘O Captain! My Captain! Our fearful trip is done..’

Stacy co-founded The Pogues along with Shane, Jem Finer and James Fearnley and appeared on all of their recordings.

English football pundit Stan Collymore wrote: ‘Rest in peace, Shane. Thank you for the music and for many, making Christmas, Christmas.’

Actor Michael Warburton penned: ‘RIP SHANE MACGOWAN – an untameable, wild, creative & talented maverick.’

DJ Fat Tony wrote on Instagram: ‘Rest in Peace Shane MacGowan,’ alongside a picture of the singer.

The Pogues wrote on their Twitter: ‘A statement on behalf of Shane MacGowan’s wife Victoria Mary Clarke, his sister Siobhan and father, Maurice.

‘It is with the deepest sorrow and heaviest of hearts that we announce the passing of SHANE MACGOWAN.

‘Shane died peacefully at 3am this morning (30 November, 2023) with his wife Victoria and family by his side.

‘Prayers and the last rites were read which gave comfort to his family. He is survived by his wife Victoria, his sister Siobhan and his father, Maurice, family and a large circle of friends.

‘Further details will be announced shortly but the family ask for privacy at this very sad time.’

Elsewhere Shane’s sister penned a tribute on Twitter saying: ‘So I walked as day was dawning, as small birds sang and leaves were falling, where we once watched the row boats landing on the Broad Majestic Shannon.’

Meanwhile Irish President Michael D Higgins described Shane MacGowan as one of ‘music’s greatest lyricists’ as he paid tribute to the singer.

Sinn Fein president Mary Lou McDonald was also among many in Ireland paying tribute to MacGowan.

‘Shane was a poet, a dreamer and a champion of social justice,’ she said. ‘Nobody told the Irish story like Shane – stories of emigration, heartache, dislocation, redemption, love and joy.’

Just three days before his death Victoria told fans on X, formerly known as Twitter: ‘Shane got out of the hospital!

‘We are deeply and eternally grateful to all of the doctors and nurses and staff at St Vincent’s it’s the best!

‘And special thanks to Tom Creagh and Brian Corscadden for your help.’

Shane has been hospitalised a number of times since the diagnosis and was believed to have been admitted again in June.

The family had hopes that Shane would be able to return home for the festive season.

This week the star was overjoyed to receive a visit from singer Imelda May

Victoria shared an image of the two reuniting and thanked Imelda for the visit, saying: ‘Shane is so happy to see Imelda!!’

Shane received a whole host of A-list visitors while he has been hospital, including country singer Daniel O’Donnell and Primal Scream legend Bobby Gillsepie.

In her post announcing his death Victoria wrote: ‘I don’t know how to say this so I am just going to say it.

‘Shane who will always be the light that I hold before me and the measure of my dreams and the love ❤️ of my life and the most beautiful soul and beautiful angel and the sun and the moon and the start and end of everything that I hold dear has gone to be with Jesus and Mary and his beautiful mother Therese.

‘I am blessed beyond words to have met him and to have loved him and to have been so endlessly and unconditionally loved by him and to have had so many years of life and love ❤️ and joy and fun and laughter and so many adventures.

‘There’s no way to describe the loss that I am feeling and the longing for just one more of his smiles that lit up my world.

‘Thank you thank you thank you thank you for your presence in this world you made it so very bright and you gave so much joy to so many people with your heart and soul and your music.

‘You will live in my heart forever. Rave on in the garden all wet with rain that you loved so much ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ You meant the world to me.’

Victoria recently shared a major health update on the hospitalised star.

The rocker left fans shocked when Victoria shared an image showing the extent of his ill health.

In a newer post, the hitmaker was seen smiling, with a caption reading: ‘Shane is feeling much better today! I am so grateful to everyone who is willing him to get home for the Christmas!’

While Shane was the iconic Irish folk band’s vocalist, Spider, real name Peter Richard Spider Stacy, played the tin whistle and Terry Woods the guitar and mandolin.

All three performed in the group during the height of their success in the late 80s and early 90s before reuniting in 2001 with their last gig together in 2014.

Shane’s wife took to X, formerly known as Twitter, to thank the musician’s for paying a visit alongside a harrow photo of her husband now using a breathing apparatus as he continues to battle the dangerous condition.

She penned: ‘I just wanted to say a massive thanks to everyone who has been messaging me and ⁦@ShaneMacGowan⁩ and thank you ⁦@spiderstacy⁩ and Terry Woods for coming to visit him.

‘Love and prayers for everyone who is struggling right now. Hang in there’.

12 Tips Celebrity Chefs Swear By For Pecan Pie

Nothing beats the classics when you’re looking for comfort food, and the classic pecan pie is ideal for filling a craving for something familiar and delicious around the holidays. But if you’re in the mood for switching things up a bit, that’s okay too, and we have an idea we think you’ll like. Or rather, Alex Guarnaschelli has the idea, which is to put chocolate chips in that classic pecan pie, making it less classic but more scrumptious.

In a recent Facebook post, the Food Network personality wrote that for her, Thanksgiving “starts with pie,” before going on to say that it’s okay to “add chocolate chips or more nuts if you like.” We do like that suggestion, thank you very much, and if you were wondering how to do that without messing things up, don’t worry, because Guarnaschelli also provides a recipe you can toy around with. After making (or buying) the crust, just whisk together eggs, sugar, salt, cocoa powder, molasses, corn syrup, unsalted butter, dark rum, and vanilla with 2 ½ cups of toasted chopped pecans. Or more, because Alex says you can. At this point you can also fold in the chocolate chips, if you so desire. Bake the pie at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 45 minutes and pecan chocolatey goodness is yours for the taking.

Celebrity weight loss secrets: Kelly Clarkson, Adele, Ed Sheeran and more

ByArya Vaishnavi

Nov 30, 2023 06:37 PM IST

From Kelly Clarkson to Ed Sheeran, here’s how famous A-listers successfully lost weight without drugs like Ozempic and Wegovy

The conversation over weight loss and cutting down fat never really seems to fade with time. More recently, people have been leaning towards alternative methods to shed pounds faster. Drugs like Ozempic and Wegovy are becoming more popular by the day. While these injectable drugs are primarily used as a treatment for diabetes, many resort to them because of their ability to curb hunger, leading to a drop in weight. Although several celebrities have acknowledged using injectables to lose weight, many have opted to simply make lifestyle changes.

Here’s how celebrities like Kelly Clarkson and Post Malone lost major weight

Recently, Sharon Osbourne recalled her experience with Ozempic and revealed its side effects during an interview. She has often been vocal about her rapid weight loss due to the drug while addressing the harmful effects it can cause. Once billionaire Elon Musk also admitted to losing weight with Wegovy, causing a stir on the internet. However, there are still many stars who go the conventional way and still achieve the desired results. Here are some celebrity transformation and weight loss secrets:

We’re now on WhatsApp. Click to join.

Adele lost 100lbs in 2 years

Back in 2019, Adele made headlines after losing 100 pounds in a span of two years. Her shocking transformation drove many to speculate that she may have resorted to alternative ways to shed pounds. However, the singer revealed that she lost weight by consistently following a healthy routine consisting of a balanced diet and by incorporating strength training into her workout routine.

In 2020, the Rolling in the Deep hitmaker shared pictures where her slim physique was more than evident. As many questioned her methods, she opened up on her intense workout routine. In an interview with British Vogue, Adele said, “So I do my weights in the morning, then I normally hike or I box in the afternoon, and then I go and do my cardio at night.”

Kelly Clarkson lost 41 pounds

American singer-songwriter Kelly Clarkson has been in the limelight lately for her incredible weight loss transformation. She reportedly struggled with “emotional eating” during the period after her divorce. However, she got back on track and started eating healthy, along with exercising regularly. While many claimed that she had taken Ozempic, a spokesperson for Clarkson confirmed that she didn’t resort to any medicines.

A source close to the Since You’ve Been Gone singer told She Finds, “She’s cut out soda, chips, biscuits, cheese and tortillas. And she’s added exercise, mostly cardio, into her weekly routine.” They also added that she now “feels amazing” after losing “about 40 pounds.”

Ed Sheeran gave up his ‘bad habits’ to lose weight

Back in 2021, Ed Sheeran opened up on his weight loss journey, detailing how he gave up on all his “bad habits” by making healthy lifestyle changes. In an interview on BBC Radio 1, the Shape of You singer revealed, “It’s the first time I’ve been really healthy. I’ve kind of stopped all the bad habit stuff in my life. Started exercising every day. I was eating like a takeaway every single day, and now I don’t eat takeaway every single day and it’s been good.”

Post Malone made dietary changes to drop 60lbs

During an episode of the Joe Rogan Experience podcast, Post Malone got candid about losing weight. He revealed that he started at a body weight of 240lbs and shed over 60lbs. The rapper now weighs about 185lbs. After many speculated that the White Iverson rapper was doing drugs resulting in his weight loss, he took to Instagram and refuted those claims.

“I wanted to say that I’m not doing drugs, I’ve had a lot of people ask me about my weight loss and I’d suppose, performance on stage. I’m having a lot of fun performing, and have never felt healthier,” Malone wrote on Instagram. He told podcaster Joe Rogan that he had eliminated soda from his diet, which helped him in dropping pounds and keeping it off.

Elle King’s shocking transformation

Singer Elle King opened up on her weight loss journey and dealing with depression post-pregnancy in a lengthy Instagram post. “I fell into a very deep depression during my pregnancy. I also didn’t even realize how intense postpartum depression is and was until I very slowly began to crawl out. I felt trapped in my body. I couldn’t even sing. So I started slow,” King wrote in the caption of her post.

She added, “Metabolic workouts. Light cardio to warm up my body, my lungs, my voice, and my spirit. I am a creature of habit, so I changed my f***ing habits. Every few weeks I feel my body getting stronger.”

Here’s A List Of Celebrities That Own The Mercedes-Benz G Wagen, Includes Dhoni, Shreyas Iyer, Rohit Shetty And More

In its prime, the Mercedes-Benz G Wagen was nothing short of a cult in the car world. It’s been a music video favourite, a status symbol, and, moving beyond materialistic things, a very capable SUV in itself. No wonder Indian celebs want a slice of the cake the G-Wagen has to offer, with different stars racking up various of them over the years. So, we’ve compiled a list of the famous Indian personalities that currently own a Mercedes G-Wagen:

Badshah

Badshah loves his cars big and rowdy. And what better car to fit the bill than the legendary G-Wagen? As a result, the Punjabi singer not only owns one, but actually sang about cleaning one in one of his latest song releases. Talk about true love!

Rohit Shetty

Another Mercedes-Benz G63 AMG can be found in Bollywood director Rohit Shetty’s garage, where it sits alongside his other luxury vehicles. His purchase came in late 2022 and was finished in a plain white hue. Being the AMG variant, his G-Wagen came packing a twin-turbocharged V8 engine tuned by the folks at AMG.

Dulquer Salmaan has quite the personality that reverberates beyond the big screen. His love for cars can be seen in his expansive garage, which also happens to include the Mercedes-Benz G63 AMG. His G-Wagen was finished in a Designo Olive Green shade and packs a 4.0 litre bi-turbo V8 engine with an output of 585PS and 850Nm.

Jimmy Shergill

Jimmy Shergill had picked up a new G63 AMG variant of the G-Class back in 2018. He went for an interesting colour scheme with white exterior paint and black inserts all around. He also slapped a bull bar on the nose, upping its brawniness. Being the pre-facelift model, his G63 AMG came packing a 5.5-litre V8 petrol engine with 500PS + and 700+Nm of output.

Shreyas Iyer

Beyond the field, Shreyas Iyer is an avid car enthusiast known to have exotic cars in his garage, including one Mercedes-Benz G63 AMG SUV. It isn’t a standard AMG G Wagen, as Shreyas Iyer wasted no time in slapping a Brabus kit on his ride to enhance the aggressiveness of its design.

MS Dhoni

MS Dhoni’s love affair for automobiles is a well known saga. And the former Indian captain expanded his car collection as he is one of the latest celebs to get the Mercedes-AMG G63. His number wears a special ‘0007’ number plate. This isn’t the first big SUV purchase by Dhoni as he’s also owned one Jeep Grand Cherokee Trackhawk and a restored Land Rover Defender.

Orhan Awatramani

Orhan, aka Orry amongst Btown celebs, relentless paparazzis and avid followers, has been spotted roaming around a bright Blue Mercedes G Wagen on multiple ocassions. The SUV didn’t originally come in this exterior hue and this is in fact a third-party wrap that has draped the SUV from head to toe. His G-Class doesn’t get the screaming V8 that the AMG variants pack, but still gets a potent 3.0 litre, six-cylinder diesel engine nonetheless.

Tamil actor, Vijay Sethupathi, owns a Mercedes G-Class in his garage. He bought the car back in 2021 and chose the diesel 350d varaint for his G Wagen, which boasts the AMG-spec grille and inserts, despite being a non-AMG model.

So while the G-Class might not seem like the go-to Mercedes – with more celebs favouring the flagship GLS – the love for the undeniably cool Gelandewagen is very much real. Currently, the prices for it juggle between Rs 2.55 crore and Rs 4 crore (ex-showroom). It is a rival to the  Land Rover Defender and Toyota Land Cruiser 300.

The star can be seen squealing and attempting to move her head out of the box as the creature – which has not yet been revealed – is released.

The celebrities are taking on the task in order to earn stars for camp and therefore dinner, which they’re bound to be hungry for after only winning six stars on the previous Bushtucker Trial.

That’s all for tonight everyone

Tune in to I’m A Celeb tomorrow night on ITV1 at 9pm.

The REAL reason Jamie Lynn Spears quit

The star was reportedly in talks to quit I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! for days, but producers convinced her to stay.

Producers of the show reportedly labelled the actress a ‘flight risk’ and did not think she would last the duration of the series.

Bosses reportedly managed to coax her to stay for 11 days.

Will any other campmates quit?

I’m A Celebrity fans have sparked concern that Nella Rose will be the next contestant to quit the show, following Grace Dent‘s shock departure on Monday.

The influencer, 26, previously told Grace in the jungle that she would have followed behind Jamie Lynn Spearsif she decided to quit – but she just didn’t want to be the first to walk.

Will she be tempted to make her exit now?

Ant and Dec wish Jamie Lynn ‘all the best’

The presenters confirmed Jamie Lynn had left the camp on medical grounds before clarifying she is ‘doing fine’ since her departure and they wish her ‘all the best’.

Dec noted that ‘no one said it would be easy’ with two stars already gone before the eliminations from the public vote begin.

When you’re not in on the joke…

‘I assume that was the theme song of EastEnders. Sounds like a great tune – can’t wait to hear it when I get out of here,’ said Jamie Lynn as she failed to contribute to tonight’s challenge.

‘I am going to really really miss her’

Danielle Harold revealed she is going to struggle without Jamie Lynn in the camp as she sends her well wishes to the star.

Jamie Lynn won’t be replaced: ITV in meltdown over the star’s exit

There was much speculation over whether ITV would bring in a replacement for Jamie Lynn – as the show is now two stars down before eliminations have even begun and after only ten days in camp.

But an insider has now confirmed that no new campmates will join and the show will continue with the remaining 10 celebrities.

The campmates find out Jamie Lynn has quit

Midway through Wednesday’s episode Josie Gibson announced Jamie Lynn had left the camp and wouldn’t be returning.

‘We are going to miss her very very much she was a valued campmate. She’s just a lovely girl,’ said Tony Bellew.

‘They couldn’t even keep it in the bag? I’m so p****d off’

Jamie Lynn has never watched EastEnders

In tonight’s Deals on Wheels challenge the campmates had to guess how many ‘dums’ there are in the EastEnders theme tune.

Yet Jamie Lynn couldn’t help with the challenge having never watched the soap.

‘I guess that’s the EastEnders theme song,’ she told the cameras.

Grace Dent arrives back in the UK

Jamie Lynn Spears wasn’t the first campmate to quit the jungle after Grace Dent exited the jungle on Monday.

The food critic has now arrived back in the UK after quitting on medical grounds.

The MasterChef star, 50, left the show after sparking concern among viewers with her ‘gaunt’ appearance.

It seems the jungle may be harder than this year’s celebs anticipated…

But it’s not the first time Jamie Lynn has bowed out of a reality show

Months ago, the star had an early exit from Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test.

Jamie Lynn voluntarily withdrew from the military training series after only three episodes, saying she missed her children Maddie, 15, and Ivey, five.

Seems as though the star struggles being away from her family.

Is Jamie Lynn the ‘girl who cried wolf’?

The former Made In Chelsea star, 31, had a very awkward moment with the actress, 32, as she broke down in tears yet again and said she wanted to leave.

Sam quickly jumped in to tell the sister of pop icon Britney Spears that she is the person ‘who cried wolf’ and will end up staying the longest and making it to the final….it seems he was wrong.

Chaos in camp!

It is the first time in the show’s 23-series history that two contestants have left on medical grounds, with insiders claiming staff on the programme ‘aren’t sleeping’ due to the stress.

Official statement for Jamie Lynn’s departure

On Wednesday afternoon, a spokesman for the show confirmed Ms Spears – the younger sister of singer Britney Spears – had left.

He said: ‘Jamie Lynn Spears has left I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! on medical grounds.

‘She’s been a fantastic campmate who has triumphed at trials and bonded well with her fellow celebrities.’

Will Nella Rose be the next to quit?

No more Britney Spears gossip!

When viewers found out Jamie Lynn was heading into the jungle fans were excited to hear the star spill all the Britney gossip.

The star and her famous sister have a famously rocky relationship, yet Jamie Lynn has opened up about the pair’s love for each other during her time in camp.

‘You know what, family’s fight. Listen, we just do it better than most.’

Here is everything Jamie Lynn revealed about the Toxic hitmaker.

Fans consumed with sadness following Jamie Lynn’s exit

Jamie Lynn Spears becomes the second star to quit the show

ITV has been plunged into chaos after Jamie Lynn Spears quit the show just two days after food critic Grace Dent walked out of the show.

Insiders at the channel say that they are ‘struggling to keep up with the drama’ following the American actress’s exit for medical reasons.

Jamie Lynn’s jungle journey had proved to be an emotional one as she was often filmed in tears as she struggled to be apart from her family.

Ant and Dec confirm Jamie Lynn Spears has left the jungle

Hosts Ant and Dec have started tonight’s show with the news that Jamie Lynn Spears has officially left the camp.

The pair wished the star well as she decided to quit the show on ‘medical grounds’ after 10 days in the jungle.
