MLB stadium food always has a way to satisfy our appetites, while also captivating our minds.
One of the best ways to pass the time while watching America’s pastime in-person is to overindulge in some of the finest MLB stadium food you will see across the United States of America.
For those with simpler palates, you can always buy yourself some peanuts and Cracker Jacks, then wash it down with an ice-cold Coca-Cola product. Hot dogs, hamburgers, pizza slices or chicken tenders usually serve as the main course. Throw in some popcorn, nachos or fries on the side and you’ve got a meal. Of course, these five items are a one-of-a-kind delicacy at these MLB stadiums.
If you think soft-serve in a helmet is wild, unbuckle your belt for these concessions concoctions.

5. Esquites! (in a helmet) — Dodger Stadium (Los Angeles Dodgers)
While it comes as no surprise to see street corn being served at Dodger Stadium, having esquites served up in a mini Dodger Blue helmet could take some getting used to. After downing a couple of Dodger dogs and Modelos in Chavez Ravine, odds are you are going to be pretty hungry taking in a baseball game at one of the finest diamonds across the country. You want your corn!
Though the dish in question is only street corn, mayonnaise, cheese and spicy aioli, you’re getting that served piping hot in a mini Dodger Blue helmet. If you were not paying attention, you might think you are eating some much more commonly served soft-serve. But instead of getting a mouthful of chocolate and vanilla-swirled dairy dessert, dude, you are getting street corn!
No doubt about how awesome this stadium food at Dodger Stadium is. Frankly, it has to be right up there with one of the best menu items they serve in Chavez Ravine nightly during summertime. The only thing you have to be careful of is not confusing your helmet reserved for soft-serve and the one you are planning to shove street corn down your pie hole because you can. Be smart, y’all.
Esquites and Los Angeles Dodgers baseball is a great pairing, but think about the mini helmets!
